To support KP Comic free to share manga, artists and team, when sharing you hereby agree that:

• KP Comics Studios Co., Ltd (The Company or we) retains all intellectual property rights relating to the manga, comics, characters, story, script, manuscripts, mascots and content (collectively the "Manga") including but not limited to copyrights, trademark, patent, license, trade secret and any other intellectual property rights.

• You do not own any rights, license, copyrights, and trademark or any other type of intellectual property rights in relation to the Manga.

• You shall not claim that any of the Manga as yours.

• You agree and understand that the Manga you can share are only limited to the digital version that we have upload on our website that is marked to be read for free. Therefore, you may not share any other version of the Manga including printed version, digital sales version and any version and other form of the Manga meant for commercial and merchandising purposes.

• You shall not use the Manga for commercial purposes including but not limited to printing, publishing both digital and analog for sale, selling the Manga and contents as part of another merchandise and / or products both direct and indirect, publish and/or upload in places where you gain direct revenue stream from the Manga.

• You shall maintain the original version of the Manga and shall not modify any part of the Manga in any way, in particular, you shall not use any third party intellectual property together with the Manga and shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

• You shall not remove KP Comic watermark visible on the Manga.

• You shall not trace, copy, imitate, redesign, redraw, and remake the Manga or claim it as your own. 

• You shall always give credits to the Company and the artists including the name of the creators and you must place a link to KP Comic website, social network, and /or any other KP Comic network.

• You shall always keep or add the credit page to the last page of the Manga when sharing (please find sample below).

• If you need to use a cover for the Manga you can only use the Company specified cover (please find sample below).

• You shall not sell, sub-license or allow any other person to share the Manga to a third-party.

• You shall not use the Manga for any illegal purposes.

• You accept that we have the rights to ask you to remove the Manga from any and all places where you are sharing the Manga, at any time.

• You will inform the Company if you find that any person is sharing the Manga in violation of our rules.

• You accept that the Company may change any of the rules and guideline without prior notice.

The Company artists and team work very hard in order to create a quality manga free for everyone to read. We ask that you  support us by respecting the Company rules.
